Mar Hall Wedding Photographer – Emma and Michael

For a number of years I lived in Bishopton, a small village very close to my current home town of Glasgow. There’s not a huge amount there but it does have a great wedding venue – Mar Hall. Since, for some reason, couples like to book a photographer who lives close to the venue (really, there’s absolutely no reason to do this), and I lived right next door, I had been a Mar Hall wedding photographer many times over the past decade and have witnessed some fantastic weddings there!

Michael and Emma’s wedding was great fun and I really enjoyed documenting it for them. It was a bigger wedding than some of the ones I’ve photographed more recently and I was made to feel completely like a guest which allows me to blend in and get the best shots. I think my favourite images from this wedding has to be the little sequence of the guys taking tequila shots…
