Lake District and Yorkshire Wedding Photographer

Although I am based in Scotland, each year I am asked to photograph weddings throughout the North of England, the Lake District and North Yorkshire. I won’t lie, I absolutely love working somewhere different to Glasgow and enjoy returning to photograph an elopement in Yorkshire or a wedding in the Lake District – areas I have both lived in and continually visited throughout my life. I photograph all over Scotland but I am also a Lake District and Yorkshire Wedding Photographer. I probably know my way around the Lakes and the Yorkshire Dales better than I know the Highlands of Scotland.

Don’t worry that I am based in Glasgow – for me it honestly makes absolutely no difference at all where I work. One of the reasons I sent up my own business was because I didn’t want to be tied to working in just one area. I work all over the UK (I’ve shot weddings as far south as London and Oxfordshire) and simply organise everything via Skype, FaceTime or even just with a phone call. It is nice to meet clients before their wedding and I often schedule meetings when I am down visiting the area on one of my many trips. If your wedding is within 250 miles of here then I don’t charge any travel costs either!
