Sizing of Reprints.
Very occasionally your reprints may not look exactly the same as those shown on the internet / CD as described below - it is important that you read this before ordering reprints.
The reprint sizes I offer are standard photographic sizes, namely 5"x7", 8"x6", 10"x8", 12"x8" etc. However, the photographs I use for the wedding album include 10"x7" which is not a standard size but fits nicely into an album layout.
As you will be looking at the photographs on the internet or a CD you will not be able to tell whether I have used 10"x7" or 10"x8" as they look very similar.
Problems can sometimes occur if you wish to order a large reprint of one of these 10"x7" pictures. Commonly customers choose 10"x8" which is a standard size (so you can usually find a picture frame to fit easily) and you could have a mount provided if you wish. 10"x8" is much squarer than 10"x7" though and this will mean that I will have to cut (or crop) part of the image away to make it fit. This is often not a problem but say, for example, that the photograph on the internet is of a long group of people it is quite possible that I won't be able to make your reprint 10"x8" as you requested without cutting an important part of the picture away (see below).

The sizes 10"x8" and 12"x10" are the most problematic as the other sizes, 5"x7" and 8"x6", are already about the same proportions as a 10"x7" photograph.
The way I address this issue is that I will always try and provide you with a photograph that is exactly the size that you ordered without altering the image in an unsympathetic way. If I come across a picture (such as the one shown above) that cannot easily be resized it is my policy to contact you as the customer to determine the best solution.
